The proceeds from the annual Derek Davis Memorial Run 5K go toward supporting the Derek Davis Memorial Scholarship Fund

Since 2016, we have awarded a total of

$30,000

in scholarship money in Derek's name to college-bound Wake County Public School System Cross Country student-athletes. 

The 2022 scholarship application period is now open 

This scholarship is open to current college-bound high school seniors who have run Cross Country for a Wake County Public High School.
